Really awful customer service. Have been trying to sort the same problem for over 7 months and have still got nowhere despite promises and guarantees. Have to explain the situation every time. Untruthful workers. Seem more interested in arguing and interrupting than helping their customers even when they are in the wrong.

I really cannot believe the way I am treated as a customer! I have 2 orange/EE contracts and a PAYG phone, all of which cost me no less than £980 per annum. I have waited this afternoon for 45 min to speak to a supervisor...a call that was disconnected ultimately.
Please understand that this was my 8th call to OCS since October when they took my money but they never placed the amount as credit in my PAYG! Just a week ago after another 30+ min wait I was for the 7th time promised the credit will this time for sure appear on my phone! Guess what? Is there a regulator for these guys... Have they ever heard of consumer rights!!! I doubt it. I am currently waiting to cancel my contracts ... I had enough! How many weekends can anyone ruin

I have been a customer of Orange for over 15 years. These last few years, I've started having problems with my package Dolphin. I've been missing out on having my magic numbers as promised. I've been topping up on time and an advisor said I'd it was a technical fault of theirs. I had £23 in my account 2 weeks ago. I rung customer service 5 days ago. They don't repay the money you lost through their technical fault. I now have less than a pound in my phone. I think I have lost my free texts now and can see my usage over last 2 days only and I have been charged for my all my texts. Only realising it now, I phone them and they say it will be a charge of 25p and then they promptly cut me off. I'm frustrated, angry and upset yet again. Argh !!!! I would like to change to Giff Gaff, but where I live O2 have a terrible signal. I'm caught between 2 rocks in a hard place and not sure what to do anymore.

I have been trying to contact orange by telephone about an upgrade for several days now. Each time I have dutifully listened to the irritating automated voice, and pressed the numbers when asked, to get through to the correct department.

The last time I tried (last night), the robot woman said there would be a one minute wait until I could speak o an advisor - 45 minutes later, I was STILL waiting. By this point I was completely frustrated and hung up

I have since realised that calling 150 from my mobile is free, but ONLY UNTIL 8pm in the evenings - after that you will be charged 50p per minute, even when phoning using your own mobile!!

Fortunately, I had hung up before 8pm, and therefore avoided, what probably would have been, a very expensive phone call.........I was NOT impressed.

I'm going to try again once more, but if it is still the same, will have no alternative but to look elsewhere for a phone with a much better customer service centre!

It has made me feel slightly better to know that other people are having the same issues as me, and can only hope that they will perhaps employ more customer service advisors to cope with the obviously high demand of calls!!

I hate orange totally useless and most dont even speak english they dont care about your problems with your bill or coverage or phone and they are rude and condescending!
