Our tips
- The average castle visit takes 3 hours.
- The least crowded time is either in the morning, or about 15:00.
- The biggest crowds can be seen from 10:00 to 14:00 with a peak at midday.
- Come on weekdays, there are always less people, than on weekends.
Tickets
There are two main itineraries in the Prague Castle: the “big ring” (circuit A) includes St. Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace, exhibition, The Story of Prague Castle, St. George’s Basilica, Golden Lane with Daliborka Tower, Powder Tower, Rosenberg Palace. Full admission price is: CZK 350
The “small ring” gives you access just to the main sights (St. Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica, Golden Lane with Daliborka Tower). Full ticket costs: CZK 250
