Tips for your visit
Avoid visiting the World Museum on Saturday - it’s the busiest day of the week.
Sunday is the second busiest day, so whenever it’s possible choose a weekday for your visit.
The best days to visit the World Museum are Wednesday and Thursday.
The attendance is always higher during the school holidays and on bank holidays.
July and August are the busiest months. Visit November through January or in September to avoid crowds and discover the museum when it’s at its calmest.
Planetarium tickets
Entrance to the planetarium is free, but you’ll need a ticket to enter. Tickets are available on the day of the show from 10am until 5 minutes before the show starts (or until they are all gone, whichever is sooner).
Tickets are only available from the information desk on the ground floor and are on a first come first served basis, they can’t be pre-booked in advance.
Don’t forget to take a ticket on your arrival to the museum!
